I think that mass destruction of populations occured only in America, when the Amerindians were decimated by the diseases brought to them by Europeans. Egypt was conquered A LOT OF TIMES, but mostly by similar mediterranean peoples. I guess that in appearance, the modern Egyptians are a bit different from the ancient Egyptians, but I think there is no doubt that most of the population of Egypt still carries the same DNA of the population in the age of pharaohs. I wouldn't buy into Kempy falsifications that Egyptians were Nordic  |

I wouldn't buy into Afrocentrists either. By the same token I wouldn't buy into Medocentrists nor Eurocentrists. The ancient Egyptians were a mixture Saharo-Tropical Variants(saharan Negroid) and coastal Africa(caucasoid) in varying degree, with coastal African type predominating in the north and the Saharo-Tropical variant in the south. A mix of those two races created Egyptian civilization, not a pure mythological "Mediterranean" Caucasoid white race of men. |

There are people in the world who still have the naming ceremonies, sacramental practices, foods etc as the Egyptians did. They're generally called Africans. The current Denkyira king in Nigeria is named Oti Akentan. He happens to carry the same name as the 18th dynasty king Ahkenaton (Greek corruption). These dynasties still exist.
The Egyptians became the Africans.

The ancient Egyptians came from African tribes, and these same tribes can be found in Africa today. They are not a lost race.

Then what are the Africans? How do you suppose people like the Hebrew from ancient times survive up to this day? How is it ancient people like the Brahmans survive to this day? Why are we discussing if the Egyptians are a loss race or not? Does that not show how oblivious people are? How can anyone question where the language, religion and culture of ancient Egypt continues at to this day? The ancient Egyptians became the Africans. |
