A person with more knowledge of history or linguistics would be able to give an answer, I believe, but I don't know how satisfying it would be to you. |

Don't tell me you're one of those people who associate Caucasoid with white skin and ONLY white skin. Come on now. And yes there are Jews who aren't Caucasoids but there aren't many of those. Although the Lemba are linked genetically to other Jews I believe Ethiopian Jews are not. That's not to say they aren't Jews but if I converted tomorrow I wouldn't be ethnically Jewish.
You would say Armenians aren't Caucasoid?

So what did the original Jews look like? How were they different from modern Jews?

Seizure, yes but it was the "Caucasoid is a myth" remark that has me stumped. Yes, the anceint Hebrews would be dark but they'd still be Caucasoid.

I don't think any of the people I know that do made a concious decision to do so. They talk like the people they know and grew up around. Fair enough, but what about black Americans from affluent or middle class backgrounds that speak with said accent? What's your take? |
