First, good health. Roof over my head, friends, family, security, enough to eat, creativity, peace.

What keeps me going is my deep feeling that Jesus Christ has a plan for me, that I have a purpose on this earth. But if I had to choose something worldly to make me happy, I would definitely choose laughter and good cheer. Humor is lifeblood to me. It makes life worth living.

To me it comes down to intimacy. Humans are social creatures were happiest when he have strong community around us with deep love bonds with freinds family and a lover.

Happiness is a state of mind. You could have everything inthe world and still be miserable. It's all up to be you to be satisfied and content with the card life has dealt you and make the best of it.

What happiness is is not so mysterious - happiness is a sense of well being. In fact, it could probably be objectified in terms of neurotransmitter activity. The problem is how to provoke and maintain such a state of mind. I'm game for any method, be it a walk in the park, a romp in the hay, a pill, or an electrode in my brain.

Happiness is an illusion, suffering is reality. And you must be this year's Most Optimistic Poster Award winner You will never be happy if you continue to search for what happiness consists of. You will never live if you are looking for the meaning of life.- Albert Camus

Happiness to me is a parallel universe in which I won't have to worry about money.

I must be in that parallel universe because I don't worry about money.
Happiness to me is a state of mind, a state of acceptance and an understanding of that no matter how small you are in this universe, you are still important.
I have noticed that some folks on this board are not happy and are filled with unease. Maybe I have contributed to that, if so, it was not intentional.
