^^Maybe it was just puberty combined with lack of deoderant? Some boys don't bathe regularly and sweat alot-until GIRLS become important.

the reason why black girls tend to have hair that smells of styling products (and very often coconut!!) is to maintain westernised hair as in straightened or at least managed and constricted - they think that people are against them wearing their hair naturally as it grows - outwards into an afro, as this is associated with disco/funk and therefore not for business work places etc, where european, glossy, neat straight hair is the norm. Afros, i think if it is combed nicely into a round shape is way better. however to do that everyday (as in wash it and detangle it etc) takes about 2 hours so many of them just either plait their hair or wear weaves or even shave their heads and wear wigs! my mum has always said ''poor african women, i feel sorry for their hair, at least I escaped with hair that can grow downwards'' !!!>_< lol

lol@coconut smells. Many mulatto women wear the poofy curly do. I think it's really cute like Scary Spice and Rae Dawn Chong. many white actresses like Nicole Kidman and Elizabeth Mastrantonio had the same hairstyles. Luckily they don't have to use chemicals but I guess non-mixed have to use them.

She vaguely reminds me of one of the Arquette family members. Very pretty lady.

She's Scottish and comes from just outside my hometown- a small village called Strathaven. She's a failed Miss Scotland contestant. Now what about this one?

This one is basically white IMO. She has a unique facial structure. Her eyes, the space between them, and her upper lip area make her look like she has some admixture. She reminds me of a Castizo or upperclass South-american. She also resembles some darkish British.

Body odor can also come frm wat u cook ex.cook curry u smell lik curry Wash yourself and you don't smell like curry Regarding this topic; Of all people, gypsies smell the worst with blacks as a close second. Turks have the worst breath, but that's not a "body odour" ... or is it? Just a personal observation (and slight generalization)

^^Stella, it's not the chemicals but the lack of time parents put into maintenance. B/c most black girls don't have 'flowing locks" they either get pigtails(multiples), braids, or basic upseweet ponytail. some of them get chemicals and sometimes even chemical straightening does not help. It's just too much trouble to wash daily(for some) or even 3x's week. It is the chemicals. When you have a relaxer (chemical straightening) in your hair, you cannot wash as often, because the hair will curl up and won't look right. With natural hair, you can wet it and not worry about it looking different than you intended. I know, I work at a natural hair care salon, and had my hair straightned for fourteen years before I decided to give up the madness. Now I can wash my hair as often as I like without worry of ruining the relaxer. I work in a salon too! Daniel Hersheson in London, ever heard of it? A lot of people are using the Yuko hair straightening system to straighten their hair nowadays as it lasts for like 6-8 months.

I've heard of the Yuko hair straightening system, and from what I know, white women use it. I'm not aware of black or African people using it.
