I'm fine with most beards as long as I don't have to find remains of the man's breakfast in it.

What, you're implying braiding moustache and nose hair together isn't nice? ;D

I am not attracted to men with beards and, especially, with moustaches alone. Maybe it is because I'm young girl and I am looking after young guys. Beards make look older, but moustaches alone are something antique for me. Maybe my taste will change with time. It is possible that later I will like very much bearded men.

You never know, but I think what attracts a person tends to remain static. Appearances which attracted me at age 15 remain the same for me at age 50. When younger, I liked the way beards could make a man look older, regal or more 'lion-like.' Clean-shaven men with very short hair also can look attractive to me, it is more a matter of the general attractiveness of the individual.

With a beard, Frederick Douglass was like the whitest looking "black man" that ever lived, next to DuBois. Douglass. He looks like a Russian composer. I should mention without the beard, he looks positively Amerind. DuBois. Nuff said. Maybe because he was a mullato (white father). DUH! And Dubois was probably only 25% Black anyway, of mostly Dutch extraction.

Aren't whites and east asians more closely related to each other than they are to negroids? As far as know, in human's genetic tree, didn't the non-Africans first split from the Africans, before the non-Africans themselves started to branch off into the mongoloids and caucasians. Actually, it's more like "Whites" are in-between Africans and Asians genetically. "Whites" preserve the genetic signature of the first Eurasians, from which Asians and Oceanians are derived from. So, the first ancestors of east asians are really whites (look like caucasoids)? Did caucasoids come before mongoloids or it is the other way around?

No, there were no "Whites" or "Mongoloids" 50,000 years ago.

What do you mean by preserve the genetic signature? that they are more related?

What do you mean by preserve the genetic signature? that they are more related? This is all according to the autosomal studies so put in perspective. "Caucasoids"/West Eurasians preserve the genetic signature of the first Eurasian the best... having the closest affinities with Africans (without having African lineages except for recent African admixture in the ME) and the highest Eurasian autosomal diversity... They are more directly descended from this first Eurasian population, from which East Eurasian, Oceanians branches out... shedding some of the African autosomal signature... remember we're not talking about looks. I'll make a post about it with all the necessary quotes and links to studies... even then it will be complicated... This might be of help, dsc.discovery.com/news/briefs/20051017/migration_print.htmlIt explains how genetic diversity decreases the farther you get from Africa and the initial Eurasian population areas.

"Black men" are almost always some degree of mulattos outside of sub-Saharan Africa. Frederick was probably even more than 50% British Isles. I mean there's Seal and there's 50 Cent. Other than them, there aren't very many famous West-African looking "black" mean. If he hasn't got a wide face and weak beard growth, he probably has signifigant Europid admixture.

It's mental. Americans believe Clay Aiken is sexy. They believe chicken legs on a woman is sexy. You all believe that horse-faced women like Sarah Jessica Parket and Julia Roberts are sexy. Studio-engineered Britney Spears sells millions of records. If whites push the "what to think" buttons, and the only buttons they are pushing say "White is Beautiful" and "Asian is exotic and Orientally beautiful" then that's what people will believe. Finally someone else who finds Sarah Jessica Parker ugly. I believe familiaraity breeds attraction. Imagine what would happen if you get a neo-nazi skinhead and get him stranded in some south pacific island with "Black people" like the solomons. Im pretty sure he will engage in micegenation ;D lol
