The Jewish people are a widespread nation who can be found in just about every country in the world, now does anyone know where the ancient Israelites and Jewish tribes actually originated from?? and where that area is located today??

It would be interesting to know what language they spoke before coming in contact with Canaanites.

Didnt Abraham live in Ur, and isnt the genesis story of creation + the flood similar to other mesopotamian creation myths?

Yes, but there is another one (a mountain area, I think) that is supposedly more likely.
Maybe Urartu? That would be closer to Kurdistan.

I have a wacky jehovah witness green bible from the 80´s, my father was a jw for a few years in the 80´s (weird story), anyway, the bible stayed in the house. I said wacky because this bible has lots of maps, some very cool like maps of Paul´s 4 trips, of Palestine in the time of Jesus, of Israel and Juda, of the United Kingdom (Saul, David Salomon), when the caananites lived there, of the 12 tribes, all very cool. But it also has a map of the ancient world, with a dinosaur around Tunisia ( ) , and small drawings of people from tartessos, egypt, ethiopia, etc with typical clothes. well, this map has Ur in the persian gulf

I think the dinosaur on that map represents the "tanin" dragons mentioned in Genesis
