apparently, Delacroix doubts the sincerity of the atheism displayed by people of Muslim descent like Annunaki or Berter. Perhaps he thinks that Islamic theology is so air-tight that even the atheist denier eventually succumbs back to the one true faith True faith? ;D It's rather subjective. I don't doubt the genuine atheism of former muslims, but sincerly, I doubt that Berter is a non-muslim. As for Anunnaki, she clearly has nothing to do with Islam.

i didn't get your first point 2-CNN is left wing? does fox news have this? What's not to get? CNN is a left-wing news outlet, and even right-wing sources have yet to cover the situation in Iran in-depth. I don't know how to phrase it anymore simply than that. The story broke in Russia: www.20six.co.uk/bst/archive/2005/12/02/v6t5pwf0gc1s.htm And I have the right to believe that if I cross my fingers a rainbow will shoot out of my ass. Does that make me right?

Yankel why don't you reply with something regarding the matter? I showed why I don't buy the storey. you can argue with me based on that I don't get what a rainbow coming out of your ass has anything to do with this btw, some of my posts have sarcasm but I don't want to use this annoying smilie

The Sunday Times December 11, 2005 www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,2089-1920074,00.html Israel readies forces for strike on nuclear Iran Uzi Mahnaimi, Tel Aviv, and Sarah Baxter, Washington ISRAEL’S armed forces have been ordered by Ariel Sharon, the prime minister, to be ready by the end of March for possible strikes on secret uranium enrichment sites in Iran, military sources have revealed. The order came after Israeli intelligence warned the government that Iran was operating enrichment facilities, believed to be small and concealed in civilian locations. Iran’s stand-off with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) over nuclear inspections and aggressive rhetoric from Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the Iranian president, who said last week that Israel should be moved to Europe, are causing mounting concern. The crisis is set to come to a head in early March, when Mohamed El-Baradei, the head of the IAEA, will present his next report on Iran. El-Baradei, who received the Nobel peace prize yesterday, warned that the world was “losing patience” with Iran. A senior White House source said the threat of a nuclear Iran was moving to the top of the international agenda and the issue now was: “What next?” That question would have to be answered in the next few months, he said. Defence sources in Israel believe the end of March to be the “point of no return” after which Iran will have the technical expertise to enrich uranium in sufficient quantities to build a nuclear warhead in two to four years. “Israel — and not only Israel — cannot accept a nuclear Iran,” Sharon warned recently. “We have the ability to deal with this and we’re making all the necessary preparations to be ready for such a situation.” The order to prepare for a possible attack went through the Israeli defence ministry to the chief of staff. Sources inside special forces command confirmed that “G” readiness — the highest stage — for an operation was announced last week. Gholamreza Aghazadeah, head of the Atomic Organisation of Iran, warned yesterday that his country would produce nuclear fuel. “There is no doubt that we have to carry out uranium enrichment,” he said. He promised it would not be done during forthcoming talks with European negotiators. But although Iran insists it wants only nuclear energy, Israeli intelligence has concluded it is deceiving the world and has no intention of giving up what it believes is its right to develop nuclear weapons. A “massive” Israeli intelligence operation has been underway since Iran was designated the “top priority for 2005”, according to security sources. Cross-border operations and signal intelligence from a base established by the Israelis in northern Iraq are said to have identified a number of Iranian uranium enrichment sites unknown to the the IAEA. Since Israel destroyed the Osirak nuclear reactor in Iraq in 1981, “it has been understood that the lesson is, don’t have one site, have 50 sites”, a White House source said. If a military operation is approved, Israel will use air and ground forces against several nuclear targets in the hope of stalling Tehran’s nuclear programme for years, according to Israeli military sources. It is believed Israel would call on its top special forces brigade, Unit 262 — the equivalent of the SAS — and the F-15I strategic 69 Squadron, which can strike Iran and return to Israel without refuelling.

Giving nuclear weapons to countries led by dictators and lunatics that have already proven their hostility toward other states and their own people, is like giving a loaded gun to a child. Such countries, unlike the great powers, are ready to use them on the first occasion. Why does Israel have the right to have nuclear weapons then? First off, Israel never officially declared to be a nuclear power, and in the second place, it's surrounded by hostil neighbors who swear to wipe them off the map.

Israel does have nuclear weapons, they just reject to make the project public and to submit to international inspections or sign the nuclear non-proliferation treaty...
however, I disagree with the 'they have it, why can't we have it' argument. nuclear weapons shouldn't be used by any party, no need for such destructive weapons in the world

Israel has like 5 millions inhabitants. Iran could gather like that number just in its infantry. Iran would eat Israelians 'alive' if they attack Iran's nuclear power plant. It was the same in the 60's, Israel against, egypt, Jordan, Syria, and other islamic countries. The armies of these muhammadian countries, were at least 10 times bigger than the Israeli army, but even though, the latter humiliated the sand bastards. Shit! maybe I should convert to judaism and go to Israel, just to be sure, my secret fantasy will come true someday, and thus I'll have the pleasure and the joy to shoot at some sand monkeys , as the governement of my country is too coward and too brainwashed, to nuke the muhammadians. @delacroix Sand Monkeys?? After I kill those bastard Mullahs and hang Ahmadinejad Im coming over and breaking ur f*cking face in 2!! Dumbass. And the problem is NOT nuclear weapons. If it was the USA should disarm all of there 3790432732497348932 nuclear weapons, not to mention their 4754975754777457437905 other "Weapons of Mass Destruction." The Problem is the GOd damn Islamic theocracy that has backwardized the nation. But they would never dare nuke Israel. That would be suicide. Their goal is not to kill Israel, but to preserve themselves. All this rhetoric against Israel is DESIGNED TO BRING CRITICISM FROM WESTERN NATIONS IN THE HOPES THAT IRAN'S PPL WOULD BACKLASH AGAINST THE WEST IN FAVOR OF ISLAM!!!

ok , isnt israel the one that is killing pelastanians everyday, so america doesnt count that as terrorism or violence, and israel still can have nu clear bombs.
ooh, everyone should see things the way united states does.

Iran might be strict religiously, but as a country, I don't think it's backward. I think Iran is no worse than Turkey (open country), and probably more industrial.
I wonder why did the conservatives gain so much power back then? did the people support the change at the beginning?
