the notorious abdul is one his mother is nordic his father is a sicilian Yawn , how many times must we go through with this? This guy does not look Sicilian. Annunaki's probably right, his Nordic mother had an affair with the milkman.

Good example Josh. The Italian genes definitely dominate in him. At the opposite end of the spectrum is famous scientist Guglielmo Marconi, the son of an Italian father and an Irish mother. It is said that Marconi inherited red hair and light eyes from his mother. Another example, Irish/Italian David Caruso:

Here are a few more: Irish/Italian John Travolta (anyone else notice a pattern here lol): I personally think Travolta looks 50/50 Finally one who isn't Italian/Irish lol: Nicolas Cage (real last name Coppola) has an Italian father and a German mother: Greek/Irish John Stamos:

DeNiro's actually 3/4 Irish from what I understand. Although he looks more Italian, he does seem to have a very fair complexion.

I don't know.
I only have one blonde grandfather (who wasn't nordic, but a blonde spaniard) and have been classifyed many times as atlantid. I guess it depends on the mix.

Yeah, and I\'m from Zimbabwe . there are many sicilians like him and even slightly darker. You're right. There are darker ones. So what? Show me one picture of an Italian that looks remotely like that Arab no matter what the pigmentation. Everyone says they've seen them. Where are the pictures? To say anything but the theory of his mother sleeping with the milkman defies Occam's Razor!

^Exactly, and even the ones darker in pigmentation are quite rare. Most Sicilians really are not that dark. Al Pacino is the archetype of the Sicilian, and it's not uncommon to see Sicilians with lighter hair/eyes, I don't mean Scandinavian-looking obviously, but people who would look similar to Frenchmen or northern Italians. The average Sicilian looks more Greek than anything (because there's much ancient Greek ancestry in Sicily). This nonsense has to stop.

I thought Robert De Niro was half Italian and Half Jewish. I'm always sceptical of Americans claiming to be Irish, a trend seems to have developed in the USA towards claims of Irishness, I have noticed a similar phenomenon in Thailand where it is popular to claim Chinese descent and in the Philippines where they like to claim Spanish blood. I also have read that when Rome was at it's height it was popular among the noble Romans to be descended from the Etruscans.
