In all honesty, there was also a certain degree of tension between the different classes. The lower-class kids disliked the upper class kids and vice versa. My friends and I, who were mostly middle class and of various ethnicities, often felt like we were somewhat stuck in the middle. Interesting. Were you and your friends, being in the middle, able to interact with the upper-class and lower-class kids and serve as a go-between group? Or were you simply not seen by either? I have many friends who come from either a poor or lower middle class background (my family would be just on the higher end of middle class), so that has made me more appreciative of the advantages that I have that they lack, and it has made me so that I try to work hard and avoid being spoiled. In a way, I envy them, since they have been learning skills of independence much earlier than myself, while I feel like I've been a bit coddled and sheltered, making it so that it will take me a year or two longer than them before I'm completely independent.

I said the women were igly because they are, not because of race, there are some very pretty non-black women out there, but those two that Trog posted I find them unattractive. See you dodonites are too preoccupied with race. Who friggin cares what you're into, ae govan! Why don't you post your picture feminista, lets see how you look.

See you dodonites are too preoccupied with race. They are far from ugly (or igly). You would cream your pants if the first woman was biracial. Your last statement wins the award for the most ironic statement on Dodona this year. Did you really mean to type that? I find them unattractive because they are, and it takes more than a cute face to impress me so no I would not be creaming my pants, and whats with the biracial statement? Yes I really meant what I types because my saying that those women were unattractive had nothing to do with race.

Bass the only thing you routinely turn down is your medication,as your an insane doofus! Your blatant inability to decipher graphs is staggering ,your reading comprehension skills are non-existent and you display zero sense of logic.
Yeah you go college all right...the College for the clinically retarded and sexually abused is more like it !

Actually yes Josh. Both the lower-class and middle-class students were far more willing to interact with me and others in the middle class than they were with one another. Still, each clique largely kept to itself. I felt very fortunate to be in my position because it enabled me to get along with just about everyone, despite the fact that the groups were fairly segregated.
