Grandma Bush? He has his faults, but I wouldn't call him an old woman.

The neoconservatives have a CIA report that indicates that Canada has WMD. You're next on the list after Iran, Syria, North Korea, and Venezuela. We will remove your socialist government and replace it with a democratic one. Canadian citizens, oppressed by PC tyranny, will greet our troops with flowers. ;-) I knew it! ;D

I agree with this statement. I believe what we eat, drink, breathe and think has major influence on health. I find that it is OK to feel negative emotions of course, but to dwell on them and let them take over the mind is what is unhealthy. Also, a very smart move for anyone to do is to avoid negative and abusive people, not letting them become your friends and if they are already, getting rid of them. They will suck the life out of you like a leech. I've found that the better I eat, the easier it is to maintain physical and emotional health. As for American mega-chain food, I like Subway for when I am on the road in the middle of nowhere in places such as Idaho...also Denny's.

They aren't going to ask the Americans many questions because they already think we are too self involved.
They will prefer to think of us in terms of stereotypes.
But of course, after this post they will want to prove me wrong and a bunch of questions will ensue...

Is it true that you're all fast shooting cowboys and that you start a gay-hunt guided by your local priest every saturday?

Is it true that you're all fast shooting cowboys and that you start a gay-hunt guided by your local priest every saturday? It's rather funny that everyone associates Americans with cowboys when that period lasted only for about 40 years of US history from the 1850's to 1890's. I know that it existed after that (and perhaps before that too), but that was when it reached its peak as far I know. I suppose it comes from the fairly long-lived popularity of western movies in Hollywood. Personally, I'm not religious and I don't care for organized religion. I also find anti-homosexuality to be quite absurd. In my state (Washington)*, the atmosphere is pretty secular and people are pretty tolerant of homosexuality. For example, there are some gay kids at my school, and none of them face regular harassment for their orientation. I am friends with one, and I can tell that he doesn't feel mistreated. * This is at least true on the western side of the Cascades where I live. It is probably less true on the other side eastern side of the Cascades where the population is much more rural and tends to be more conservative.

argentina is quite tolerant of homosexuality, you can see many latin americans who dont like us, calling us argaytines in message boards
there is also a different concept of homosexuality in some latin american countries, chile is a very conservative country, brazil is very liberal with sexuality
among some social classes you can be super macho and screw a pretty boy, as long as you also sleep with girls, it is only gays who act effeminate and play the role of women during sex who are considered homo.

Pele on losing his virginity
"It was with a homosexual, I was barely 14 years old. But let's be fair, I wasn't the only one who did it. He was a man in Bauru that all our team visited."

Educate Me I am talking about displaying Gay affection in public not in private,Brazil is NOT San Francisco where the sight of a guy kissing another guy in public is a dime a dozen.

I avoid negative and pessimistic people for the reasons you mentioned. I wish that I had done so when I was in my teens. We learn from experience. As far as health and fitness go, I once followed a strict regimen. I ate nutritious meals every day. I did strenuous exercises every day. It was a spartan lifestyle.
