Do Keltic Nordics have more nordish traits than Noric or Sub-Nordics??? In my opinion, they look like a Sub-Nordic/Noric Mix... In some cases, less nordic than Norics and Sub-Nordics!

Keltic Nordics are a mix alright. There are all sorts of mostly western European strains in them.
I think that Keltic-Nordics would fit right in in the Balkans, with the exception of their unusually low vaults.
I don't know anything about those terms central-Nordish and periphery-Nordish, care to explain?

In this page, showing some examples from Coon's ROE: www.fikas.no/~sprocket/snpa/rg-main.htm (obviously you should know). the conclusion i got is that central nordid is the nordic with some few mixture. But still Nordics and Peripheral Nordics are the ones who are predominantly non-nordic with some nordic traits, are even 50%. I don't know exaclty the max proportion of Nord to classify as Central or Peripheral. I estimate, whith no knowledge, only speculating, near to 60%. I, myself, Noric/Sub-Nordic don't classify me in the "Nordic Group" I prefer Dinaric, and that's what Norics are: Dinarics altered by Nordic admixture. Not altered nords.

It's just a result of silly propaganda that tries to make everyone believe that Nordics are somehow 'pure' whites, and everyone else is mixed with other races.
Unfortunately, it's easy for the general public to believe that sort of propaganda, because human imagination accepts that blank things are the 'cleanest' etc. which obviously hasn't anything to do with the truth.
