Exactly, the long skull look is way too weird to be natural. He's either an inbred or was purposefully deformed.  |

The ancient artistic bust might exaggerate what were considered attractive features: longer head, long almond eyes and eyebrows that sweep back.
These features are all still found in East Africa. As for skin color, I'd go with the older bust.
This kind of thing only causes problems for people who "want" ancient Egypt to belong to this or that "race." In reality, it's an area with both very ancient roots and many waves of migrants over thousands of years.
