It would behove all of us if links to pdfs or other information containing studies referred to in this board were placed into some sort of alphabetical listing under the main author's surname. It is irritating that some posters refer to studies and only provide excerpts or selective precis of the studies, and they do it over and over in post after post. For example, the Underhill study oft quoted or mentioned can be stored as a link and pasted into a post. In the case of Hiernaux' antique book, copies of the relevent chapter with diagrams can be posted. There are far too many posters on this board with agendas who use the lack of availabilities to many referred to studies as a way of obfuscation. I have access to the library facilities of the university system in Australia but I am not going to use my time chasing up every study posted in one of umpteen journals. I do have a life.

This is a good idea. I wish there was a way we could archive information at Dodona, as well. It would be a pity to lose some of the juicy stuff that pops up now and then in people's posts.

I cannot post links to studies because studies are either emailed to me or require a subscription. I have indeed emailed out full text studies that others would not normally have acces to.
So why are you asking others to do what you would not do yourself? If people cant post citation without posting the entire book why post any proof at all? The point of giving the source of the citation gives readers the choice to verify if its legit or not. I don't have Hiernaux's book, I borrowed it from the college library. When I give a citation *YOU* have the right to check it by your *OWN* means. In my case because of the college serve I use, I have access to almost every full txt study that requires a subscription or purchase to view it.
