^^No matter what I say you will find something wrong with it. You are being sarcastic mentioning your 15-year-old sister "giggling". Tyra isn't 15. She's 31/32. Women who run banks, teach school, and raise kids can't get by on giggling and hair-twirling for a living. I have four sisters. The one I'm referencing is 21. Modeling can't be any harder than trying to properly raise 3 children, take night classes, and keep a mortgage paid. I never said it was. Your life might be like Tyra's and that might be normal to you, but the thousands of women I deal with-especially black work, take pride in their culture, and achieve personal growth. Stop ASSuming. You don't know me, or what my life is like. Go back to the drawing board.

Alaina you were angry with me because I put the words "average black" in quotations and you asked me to clarify. Now things are going off into left field.
Let's get back to the issue at hand. You did not mention any of what I said about that in the previous post and continue to pick trivial issues to reply to.
The bottom line is that I did clarify that "average" meant just that. Regardless of any differences in physical appearance, economic status, education, lifestyle, etc there are averages.
Bottom line is I explained myself and was not being rude or offensive. It is true the average 32yr old black woman is employed with a REAL job in attmepts to provide and achieve upward mobilitiy-that is not modeling like Tyra Banks therefore the lifestyle will be completely different.
The average Black person is working to achieve growth and break stereotypes and many of the women just do not behave like Pamela Anderson in public.

Listen young lady, giggling in a funny manner does not make a person white, do you know anything of Tyra Banks personal life? Thats the *REAL* crux of the matter here, defining "whiteness" in that manner is just beyong belief that someone would think that way. I guess every white person that says "yo" and mayne is also culturally "black" too right?

Explain to me why this personal insult isn't rude or offensive? At least I don't try to distance myself like other minorities and play ignorant of black culture to try to appease whites. If you would have said that shit to my face I would have slapped the stupidity out of you.

You keep picking out 1 or 2 phrases and running with it. Just because I mentioned her "giggle" it seems to have taken a life of it's own. I said a helluva lot more than "giggling makes you white". You are quite oversimplifying things. That is just plain wrong because you are doing it on purpose. You are not accidentally reading into anything. You know exactly what I said and what I mean. You just want to pick fights and that is unnecessary.

You just want to pick fights and that is unnecessary. This is what you don't see. Why would anyone want to pick a fight with you? You seemed good natured enough. It's because the things you said were genuinely offensive. Stop being a drama queen and own up.

If you would have said that shit to my face I would have slapped the stupidity out of you. You seem to have some personal issues that you need to resolve. Everything you say ends in you attacking, slapping, or fighting me. What is offensive about what I said? It's true! Is it true or false that throughout history blacks were dehumanized which justified slavery? Is it not true that stereotypes were perpetuated about blacks and AFricans to maintain White superiority? Is it not true that Japanese and French assumed blacks to be dangerous and have tails during WWII? Is it not true that "Hispanics" of SSA ancestry distance themselves from AFricanAmericans by claiming "Hispanic" and "Latino" in racial classifications??? This is a fact, Alaina! Native Hawaiians with SSA ancestry or recent admixture are discriminated against and deny their background to gain acceptance. In the USA in California a large percentage of Chinese and Filipino immigrant workers married Black women. The same thing happened in the South. These people were classified in the census as Black and therefore lost any non-black privelage they might have been given. They eventually stopped associating with Blacks because they were not able to socially progress and developed racism within Asian communities towards blacks. This is a FACT. It is not an insult. Many non-White ethnic groups are racist towards blacks and to appease and assimilate into White culture they disassociate themselves. In Psychological terms, the easiest way to distance yourself from a group is to remain ignorant to a group of people. This is where fear is bred. Ignorance breeds fear. Fear breeds hatred. This is why so many whites and other people had irrational fear of blacks during reconstruction. This mentality still persists to this day. Quite awful of you do threaten to physically attack me for saying I do not purposefully distance myself.
