age by the way they write or the things they say? What do you think?
Murphee is one of or the oldest posters and I think her wisdom comes through by what she writes.
Some posters are more logical, but this doesn't necessarily mean more mature.

Murphee's definitely the poster here who is least likely to engage in a conflict or argument IMO. It definitely reflects maturity on her part.

depends, Age certainly comports a more balanced and wise judgement. but of course each one of us has a style. for example i think both Agrippa and Len are around my age but their style is more sober and serious than mine, most Girls young or old are very Balanced in their judgments. guys like Evan, Forrester Buddy, Josh Mike etc have a effective direct approach, but thats maybe because they are Americans rather than being young...

Sometimes, sometimes not. Some of the most mature posters here are high school students.

In too many cases the maturity impacts the vibrancy/energy of the poster.
Somaliland is a great poster because he is both mature, and vibrant/energetic.
I admit I'm immature, very logical, but I have no patience for people that are not as quick as me, that's my problem, if I slowed down, done things simplistic, like taking 10 steps to explain something instead of 3 steps, then I would sound more mature, but I would have less fun as well. It's not my character.

In too many cases the maturity impacts the vibrancy/energy of the poster. I guess this is why being more cautious, patient, and sober is associated with maturity; People actually do actually evolve in that direction with age. But some people are born that way, while others will never be that way.

Age can help maturity to happen. It's scary to think what might have happened to me if I didn't. When young, I could get angry easily and strike out; I'm ashamed of it, but I did physically assault two people when in my twenties. I worked on learning how to not have such a strong ego, not to get easily offended, and not to get angry over small things. I think maintaining an even temper and keeping a good attitude is a major achievement for a person.
