But Greece is better than Egypt. Look at Hercules, Socrates, Plato, Aristotle and Pythagoras. What did Africa have? Rhinoceres? Or that mathematician guy from Nigeria, Emegwolu? Once agaion I dont mean to offend any people of any race, ethnicity and stuff

Nonsense, Odysseus himself is described as "melagchroies" in the Odyssey when Athena restores his looks. Of course, Odysseus was not a Negroid, which is also proven by the fact that he is described as fair-haired.

Once agaion I dont mean to offend any people of any race, ethnicity and stuff Egypt *PRECEDED* Greece and even the Greeks acknowledged themselves the influence that Egypt had on her. It isn't about whose better, thats all arbitrary and irrelevant. Greeks was heavily influenced by her Near Eastern neighbors, she received her writing script courtesy of Phoenicians and used the Egyptian number sytem. You have no claim t Greece so what are selling woof tickets for?

If thats true[NOT] are you saying Herodotus stated that Egyptians were Greek look-alikes with wooly hair? Odysseus was a god in mythology not a literal person.

The Greek philosopher Aristotle also writes in the 4th century B.C. in Physiognomonica that the "Egyptians and Ethiopians were very black.

If tahst true[NOT) are you saying Herodotus stated that Egyptians were Greek look-alikes with wooly hair? Odysseus was a god in mythology not a literal person. Herodotus is speaking in relative terms. Egyptians and Ethiopians differ from Greeks in having curlier hair and darker skin. By no means does he equate Ethiopians with Egyptians.

The Greek philosopher Aristotle also writes in the 4th century B.C. in Physiognomonica that the "Egyptians and Ethiopians were very black. Nonsense, there is no reason for Egyptians to be black at the latitude of Egypt. Not to mention that there is zero evidence for the massive genetic change required to transform "Negroid" Egyptians into their familiar Mediterranean form of today.

Are you denying Aristotle said this? Bottomline, there was no one skin color or phenotype to characterize all Egyptians.

Mr Planet Asia get over it! Hellenic Culture is the best in the world and it is the reason why we have philosophy science and theatre. and ancient greeks were a caucasoid race, and the dorian greeks were predominately fair so of course its natural for them to have straight hair compared to the egyptians who were probably a little hybridized with the negroids.

And by no menas did he equate Egyptians with Greeks, Libyans, Syrians and other so-called Medits.

Not to mention that there is zero evidence for the massive genetic change required to transform "Negroid" Egyptians into their familiar Mediterranean form of today. there is no genetic evidence nor anthropological evidence that says Egyptians were medits. Looking at Brace's latest work as well as that as Keita, ancient egyptians do not cluster with Medits. And furthermore, the Medit race doesn't exist because there is no continuum from southern Europe to Northern Indian, the so-called *Medit* area.
