What makes you happy? What do you do that immerses you in joy--not including basic needs like eating and sex (that's a no-brainer)? I absolutely love listening to and playing music. I play guitar for a hobby, and I'm getting ready to go to a jam session with some of my friends. When we play, time is suspended.

Those rare moments of Urban serenity when the sounds of human activity cease, and all that can be heard is the wind blowing through trees, birds singing, and so on, usualy interupted by an airplane flying overhead.
Cooking/baking.
Other stuff too, come to it later maybe.

Let me see.............Things I like to do.
I like hunting and fishing and going to the firing range.
I like martial arts and recently I've been interested in knife fighting, for self defense.
I like knife throwing.
I like my cross bow. Now that's a weapon.
I like reading fiction, history, science, anthropology, some religion but not much, but mathematics is my favourite, especially the history of math.
