Looks familiar.. FBI's most wanted maybe? I wouldve guessed from somewhere in the Near East or Middle East and with some non-Caucasoid admixture.
Doest strike me as a Hungarian, though they do have some minor Mongoloid influence present...some Anthropologist called it Taurid , which was a Dinaric/Armenoid-like form, but with Mongoloid influence supposedly. This face and classification can never be confused for Dinaroid though , so that gets ruled out.
*Also reminds me of Carel Struycken(who played Lurch on Adams Family) & Omar Sharif.
