Attractive future, at least for the places sampled.

Attractive future, at least for the places sampled. You know, mike, the faces are attractive, but they lack a je ne c'est quoi. They all look so PLAIN. Sorry, but if average isn't always better...

Thats really awesome. Keeping in mind the small samples I think it offers interesting insights I don't think all the faces look similar at least not racially, they are all attractive. I was struck by the difference between geographically proximal london and amsterdam, and pampolona and Lisbon for instance. In fact to me pampolana and london look more similar to each other then either does to the closer cities. Pamponlana looks like darker fuller featured version of london to me, while lisbon looks more broadly mediterean a face you could see in southern italy greece, or parts of the middle east and even north africa.
Bondi beach london and pamplona all give me a sense of familial recognition, that type is the type I see in my family and myself. Were as amsterdamn strikes me as the people I see around me in day to do life in the pacfic northwest(Dutch and scandinavian are the most common regional ethnicities) as my girlfreind said she plays ultimate frissbee with five girls who could be the composites sister.
The composities from cologne looked unfamilar in type to me though individuals faces looked very familar.
I was struck to by who distinctly different istanbull and Damascus seemed. The average face from damascus reminded of some french men I have met, while that of istanbull was the more the stereotype of a middle eastern ankara too both also anakara and istanbull also resemble some mezitzo's I have meet. One face in particular from ankara looks very like a chotaw native american I know.
Quito and Lima still look essentially amerindian though both look leavened out compared to the true andeans I saw in the high pampas of ancash.
The composite from hong kong looks less extreme and more masculine then the asian students I usually encounter around our local campus.
The composite form buenos aires looks med on the face of it but reminds me strongly of freind of mine who is quarter okanagan indian.
Very fascinating.

These composits aren't about the future, they're now. Of course, they're not any one person, it's the average of 100+ people, so more "extreme" types (blond, or very dark, etc...) are blended in.

All averaged faces have a very similar look, very simmetric, it's the averaging that, eliminating oddities, smooths them. Averaging is not a good way to imagine how the mix will actually be, imo. If you mix someone with a big nose with someone with a small nose you don't get a middle nosed offspring, you get a big nose or a small nose again. If you take a bunch of Brazilians they would give a better idea of how the future will look like.

It's interesting to see that the composite guy from Istanbul looks very middle eastern and less like a Greek as compared to the one from Ankara (and they are both not really "Turanid" looking).
