This is my maternal line, or more specifically my mother's grandparents, and their children. I and II will be paternal and maternal grandparents, respectively. III will be my mother's parents. IV will be my parents, and V will be my mother's sister. VI will be Molly Jo's (I-6) and her children. I will be using names to avoid confusion. It is far easier to keep up with names than boy2 and boy15, et al.

Eye color can lighten with old age (seen in my grandpa and the brother of my mother, they turned/are turning from dark brown to grey) or darken with young age.
Also dark brown eyes differ in texture and ultra-dark blue isn't the same as bright blue.
All that applies even more drastic to hair color.
