Great illustrations at this site. This is a help to those who are interested in population genetics. I entered my Y DNA allele values to a database via this site, and I entered them in the Y-STR database. Using the minimum amount of markers required, via the Y-STR site I got two exact matches: one in Poland and one in Albania. My haplogroup is I. According to the site posted here haplogroup I was concentrated in the Balkans during the last Ice Age, and it subsequently moved northward. My matches almost exactly match the direction of haplogroup I movement illustrated at the DNA Heritage site.
