Well these people represented here have a rather homogenous look to me, if maybe just a little.
I'm going to say they are Normand.

Flemish (a lot of nordid traits, some have dinaric tendencies, not much alpine traits to see)

You would have to look long to find 10 such Nordid Englishmen.
I think they are from Denmark. If not that, Norway.

They are in fact Swedes from the SW province of Halland, "between Denmark and Gothenburgh". Maybe a little more Nordid (should be Göta type, but to me they look more Svea with their often broad foreheads and not that narrow noses; only the last guy has a schoolkbook Göta look) with less East Baltid influences than the average Swede. The visible proto- or pachymorph element among some of the persons is most likely Borrebyid in my eyes.

If not that, Norway. you are probably right, but the guy bottom right is soo 'English' he just needs a pair of slight moustache and red uniform to be perfect tobe more serious, the first lady, has a Borreby element in the morphology, and 'Gapped teeth' I noticed many Borrebies and cro Magnids with gapped teeth! I wonder if thats due to a large dental palate (as opposed to the Narrow Nordic one)?

They look polish to me, something with the upper eyes and nose looks very polish to me. I might be way off though...

Well, sometimes I wonder if there are some features common to the whole area around the Baltic sea. Generally, there is considered to be a relatively sharp line dividing the western and eastern shores. Compared with the nations and groups living around the North sea, many Swedes (and - to a lesser extent - Danes) are definitely much more eastern inclined in their features.
