No, she's not Puerto Rican. I'm thinking now that this one is a bit too tough, since few people even know about the island...she's from the Commonwealth of Dominica. I have a lot of family down there, as well, I'm one-fourth. This is kinda fun. If I didn't put myself on blast, I would post my pic for classification.

The top is East African the second one is West African. Both pictures are of the same person. She looks totally different in both pictures... the top seems to have a longer more narrow face while the bottom looks to have a rounder face..
