I heard that deep in North India there are a lot of mongoloids. There are near Tibet and Nepal but even more southern than that. But I have never seen an Indian mongoloid. Anyone have pics of some Indian mongoloids (like Indian mongoloid women)?

here's a pic - www.assam.org/images/travel/mn1.jpgindo-mongolid ladies must be quite attractive, gracilized like indids generally, normally short some are on the elevated side of stature, i'm not certain if they have sharp facial features as a norm though.

Heh, I wouldn't call India "mostly Caucasoid."

The states in the north east: Mizoram, Sikkim, Nagaland, Assam, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Jammu/Kashmir, Meghalaya, Himachal Pradesh, West Bengal all have either mongoloid minorities or majorities.

Cocacola you beat me to it heh, but I was going to comment about the state of Assam, which borders Myanmar, and consequently, has plenty of Mongoloid-looking people who are essentially cousins to the various Burmese tribes. Interestingly, certain members of the Naga tribe have made the claim that they are the descendants of one of the Ten Lost Tribes of Israel. Personally I think it's hogwash, but if I remember correctly there were some awfully weird coincidences.

Are the Mongoloid Indians represented among certain castes more so than others?

Mala Sinha is Nepalese isn't she? Mongoloid looks are very common in Nepal. I think this is a good example. I don't think Lara Dutta is a good example of a mongoloid. Her snub nose probably comes from her scottish side.
