High-skulled Nordid (Corded?) with some UP visible in the breadth of the frontal IMHO.

Almost fully Nordid. Looks like a very progressive Russian Nordic to me.

You're right, Skord! I think we should change all the names of the various types into 'cooler' names ;D
Example:
Dinaric: Mad Dogs Nordic: Northern Fury Mediterranean: Gods of South Borreby: Big Bruisers Alpinids: Hobbits ;D

He looks distinctly non-European to me. He a Turkic type. I guess Kazakh.

Nordid. If he is "Asiatic" (which he is not) then half of Northwest Europe is Asiatic. His bald head may make his forehead appear higher than what it is relative to others.

my first thought was russian nordic, but I can also see some mongoloid. Maybe he is from the baltic region?

What's Mongoloid about him? Here are his eyes (a close-up that was expanded): The skin around his eyes is wrinkled and shows signs of aging (this is pretty normal for men who reach a certain age), yet he looks distinctly European. There isn't anything distinctly Mongoloid about his eyes. If there is Mongoloid (and I argue that there isn't) it would be inconsequential.
