Boy, with that eye make-up how can we tell if her eyes are actually slanted or not? galvez, I would say post a photo of her without make up but that would be impossible. Of course it's easy to do that but I'm not going to dive in to the "nordic" classification as most people tend to do with anyone blond. The nose looks way too small, so there might indeed be some Baltic going on..

The nose looks way too small, so there might indeed be some Baltic going on.. Its a very posed and manipulated picture, but in saying that I would say a very greased up & tanned nordic with other influences that I'm not certain of, possibly baltic as stated by tbilisi. To me her hair doesn't look natural and I would bet that its really not that blonde. www.golfserv.com/gdc/news/article.asp?id=19915This page has an unposed picture of Elin and tiger and announces their engagement, it also goes on to say "Nordegren's mother, Barbro Holmberg, who is Sweden's migration minister, had no comment. " I love irony ;D

That's what I'm saying, it's so hard to tell from publicity photos because the latest fad is the highly eye-lined, slanted eye look and, I know it firsthand (yes, a slave of fashion) that it really does alter your eye shape.

She's like a "normal" Swede, predominently Nordic but with Baltic influence. Beleve me, I know , I even live in this country..

I'd say most Swedes have some Baltic influence, it isn't rare. But what do I know..

I read somewhere that 70% of swedes are nordic The "70% Halsatt Nordic" is based on nothing more than Richard McCulloch's wet-dreams (he has never even been to Sweden, and has admixtted that all his estimates are based on "personal experience"). Here is what a scientific study of the country's population reveals. Frank H. Hankins The Racial Basis of Civilization : A critique of the Nordic doctrine, New York & London, Alfred A. Knopf, 1931, pp. 194-195 "From the monumental Anthropologia Suecica (1902) of Retzius and Fuerst detailing the traits of nearly 45,000 recruits, one learns that pure Nordic types combining genuinely long heads, tall stature, fair hair and light eyes were found to the extent of 10.7; that these, together with those with similar traits except for mesocephalic heads, comprised 29 per cent of the entire population."

I think she is more a Borreby (North Alpine) with a strong Nordid component.
