Dissecting Richard McCulloch

There has been plenty of criticism of McCulloch's ideas both in Nordicist and Medicist forums. McCulloch's Nordishist ideology has an obvious Northwest European bias which cannot conceal its anti-Slavism.

Below are some statistics given by Richard McCulloch regarding how he believes the racial make-up of various European nations to be.

Sweden: 70% Hallstatt Nordic [...] = 100% Nordish (95% central and 5% periphery types)

Germany: 80% Nordish (60% central and 20% periphery types)

Wales: 100% Nordish (35% central and 65% periphery types)

Russia, Belorussia and Ukraine: 35% Ladogan, 8% Nordic [...] = 53% Nordish (8% central and 45% periphery types)

Poland: 70% Nordish (5% central and 65% periphery types)

Spain and Portugal: [...] 1% Nordic (most common in the remnants of the Visigoth aristocracy) = 1% Central Nordish

Poland, Russia, the Ukraine and Belorussia are each given a large percentage of "Nordish" types, which ought to satisfy those willing to accept a secondary role in the Nordicist hierarchy, but a close inspection reveals them to be given a tiny percentage of "central Nordish" types: this is the real indicator as to who is on top in the Nordicist hierarchy. Poland is only given 5% central Nordish types, and Russia and the Ukraine a mere 8%: roughly equal to the amount allotted to Greece! The rest of the so-called Nordish types are considered peripheral. A similar pattern is shown for the southern Slavic countries, with smaller percentages allotted to them due to, of course, their darker and somewhat phenotypically distinct populations.

Additionally, while the Basques are genetically and anthropometrically related to the Welsh, McCulloch excludes them from the Nordish category while giving the Welsh -- known for their relatively large Mediterranid population -- a 100% Nordish status. The blond-haired Basque soccer player Mendieta is not considered Nordish to Richard McCulloch, but the genetically similar and swarthy Catherine Zeta-Jones is. The central Nordish percentage allotted to the Welsh is more than 4 times that given to the Russians and the Ukrainians, and 7 times that given to the Poles.

Too great an emphasis on phenotype potentially can bring millions of genetically and culturally incompatible types who do not show their level of admixture. It also has the potential to cause social disruption, as when the Nazis used women of foreign lands to establish breeding farms and stole blonde children from foreign (supposedly inferior) countries.

Nationalism will always remain a more powerful social force than phenotype. Therefore, the 20% of Germans not considered Nordish will remain far more important to Nordish Germans than phenotypically similar Irishmen.

While culturally and phenotypically Med and Slav groups generally have very little in common, hopefully some Slavic nationalists will pay more careful attention to the disgusting contempt displayed toward them by Richard McCulloch and his followers (who include racially mixed types and obsequious fake-Slavs).

When it comes to dna the Welsh and Irish are only similar to the basques on the y chromsome side, on the mtdna side they are completely different.

When it comes to looks Basques are mostly mediterrenean, they look the same as Spaniards.

Mediterrenean looking people are a small minority in Wales. Most Welsh people are Keltic-Nordic in looks. Welsh people in general look the same as the Irish and Scots.

You know galves I mostly agree with you. In Poland there is a proverp that goes: "Only the cow never changes its ways". And well, McCulloch is like a cow, pointing out the serious inaccuracies in his theories will not result in him changing them.


The nordish word reminds me of the inter-continental negro race. And what comes now is something I put together a few days ago.

I maintain that it is equally inaccurate to speak of a northern european or nordish race as it is to speak of
an inter-continental black or negro race. Unfortunately the genetic distance calculator from racearchives.com
is down for some reason but if memory serves me right the Irish are genetically more similar
to spaniards than to many 'nordish' groups and therefore the only reason for classing them together are the
analogies in ostensible surface traits.
