I have hear about Argentina being pretty racist, but don't really know.
Some countries like Germany (and Northern Europe) imho still have a strong sense of their race (as superior) but their high degree of civilisation covers it well.

I've actually known of SOME Indians as being quite racist against black Africans. Germany also comes to mind as only ethnic Germans can truly be considered German citizens despite the fact that descendants of Turkish and other non-German immigrants may have lived there for a few generations.

It was just my wild guess.  About Russia is hard to say whether it's eastern european country or not. Don't forget that one part of Russia is Siberia. |

About Russia is hard to say whether it's eastern european country or not. Don't forget that one part of Russia is Siberia. One part of Russia is also situated in America. |

I am sure that Czechs are not racists, they even do not know the intensity of racism of some people. Czechs are really innocent regarding this. But such innocence is dangerous, because you can't imagine the dangers possible. I have a real respect to Germans, they have learned from a Nazi past, now they are perhaps better democrats then (for example) French. But there are some "relicts" in German society, mainly at "lower floors" of eastern Germany. Example: at German border, German ferryman (really "ordinary man") let me wait until all German boat passengers passed through the checkpoint. Then he allowed me to pass. I am as pale as average German , but my Czech passport was bad enough for that ferryman. But other Germans noticed what's happening, they were ashamed, and they did a lot for me to surpass embarrassing event. So Germany is OK, I think. I noticed some signs of "Celtic white race" racism in Ireland - some Irish ordinary people do not like Jewish. Strange...    |

I suppose that ferryman was not representing to the ferry company or German people, he was a poor idiot of working class being fired soon if you would have warned his boss about it, he would have passed the embarrassing event instead of you |
