The name propbably doesn't mean a whole lot since Japanime find all kids of crazy names...there are so many out there, Turks probably wasn't used yet? hehe. Like "Sailor Moon", how silly can you get!? Or "Cutey Honey"... heheh the list goes ooooooon.. ;D
