What are the most powerfull (physically) sub-types of white race ? and of other races ? I'm rather curious. I would say those sub-races with an important presence of upper paleolithic types. But I cant say who they are exactely; Probably: Northern Europe --- Bruns, Borrebies.
Southern Europe --- Basques. |

I don't think this is really a question you can answer though I suspect there are difference in specific athaletic abilities between various populations, however power, strength etc are all complicated concepts when you look at actual sports science. By strenght do you mean static or dynamic, upper or lower body, intrinsic or extrinsic. Power is an even more complicated concept as it is the combination of strenght and speed. If I had to spectulate I would say that the most robust caucasians physically seem to be primarily slavic and scandinavian, strong man competetions and olympic powerlifting have both been dominated by these groups. Though cultural and chemical(steroids) influences obscure the significance of that dominance. Polyneasian are probably the largest people overall on the planet and have proven to excell at american football a game exceptional demaning of strenght and power. West african groups with high with natural high levels of anaerobic muscle tissue probably have the best force devolpment overal when adjusted for weight, and produce many of the worlds fastest runners, hardest punchers, and highest jumpers.

I've wondered about it also--the different physical attributes of the sub-races. I see it in myself--A Nord type of the Borreby-Brunn subraces--liking being cold--a 60F house is very comfortable to me, I'm very strong and athletic, unusual resistance to illness and fatigue, wilts in the summer.

Yeah I am comfortable in the 60's too 68 and sunny is hot enough for me to start swimming, I hate being over heated. I have large calf and fore arm muscles features described as typical of atlantic celts by early anthropologist. Its defineatly part of the anthropological pictures thats not considered as much.

There is a fighting sport called K-1. It is a heavyweight fighting series that ends in an 8 man tournament at the end of the year and the winner of that final 8 man tournament is K-1 champion for that year. I think the major Physical abilities inside the Caucasian race are U.P. types , Dinarids and Nordids. This means Eastern and Northern Europe.
Inside Black race i'd say West Africans (Sudanid type) in the complex.
Inside the Mongolic race, surely Sinid.

K-1 is super cool but there is no way it is as difficult overall as pride or ufc. Actually Pride and UFC are much less demanding on a fighter physically. Both Mark Hunt and Mirko Filipovic moved from K-1 to Pride and are destroying their oponents. |

The dinaric,Alpine and Mediterrean races their no question about it. Their built for perfection in every way.They built the Ancient Monuments,the Cities,the Empires,Moved mountains,Created Civilization,Olympian Sports and so on and so fourth.
