Greedy? Are you friggin kidding me? We gave $350 million to the Tsunami victims. And millions more will probably sent after that recent earthquake. Yet that friggin UN Euro representative said that we gave little. We were the only country to send in Aircraft Carrier Battle Group and a Marine Expeditionary Unit. Where’s the rest of the western countries to send in military support. We gave billions of dollars in aid to Europe, Germany, Japan, SE Asia after WW2 to rebuild their economy and infrastructure, invested millions to South Korea after the Korean War, and Afghanistan after we kicked out the Taliban. And look at what became of them.
If it were up to me I would let these countries starve to death or become communist states or let them shoot each other in their civil wars and find an alternative to foreign oil such as ethanol. We have starving kids, homeless people, and unemployed in this country. We should help them first. But since Christian pilgrims founded this country on Thanksgiving Day we have to send monetary and military aid to other countries because it’s the ‘Christian’ thing to do!
Look at Somalia, and Vietnam. They could be like modern Germany and Japan but instead did not want our help and wish to be thrown into the Stone Age. This country has given a lot to my family. And some of us paid back by serving in her Armed Forces. When shit happens to our country like the massive hurricanes in the Southeast Atlantic coast in the US or the mudslides in California no one send in billions of dollars of money to their aid. Even the government is slow in sending aid. Friggin ingrates.

Interesting that the only selections are the British and Americans. F.Y.I. there is no country that is the 'least' intelligent as nationality is not a determinant, measuring intelligence is difficult, and there is NO correlation between intelligence and success - assuming one is not mentally handicapped.

I think there is plenty of evidence that the USA are more "moral" than any state is ever been. No country was ever at the same time so powerful and so restrained in the use of force for its own interest.
Plus keeping saying that Americans are fat is so vile. Even if it was true, and so?
As for the "dumb American" myth, it is one of the most disturbing creation of envy.
