In the German first reich, the German-Roman Holy Empire, there was no succession rule, and, the most powerful king was declared emperor, but the detail is that most emperors were from the three less nordic first reich's kingdoms: Bavaria, Austria and Bohemia. Does Arthur Kemp say anything about this fact?

Interesting point, I don't mean to go off the topic but is their really someone called Arthur Kemp who wrote that stuff or is it a psuedonym of some practical joker?

Do you really think that Arthur Kempe is really interested in science or truth? If he replies to your question ask him why "Mud" Greece is more prosperous and 1000 times better place to live than the Nordic and saxonic former E.Germany.
