Jakunin i know is a specific racial type of japan, but there are many examples of jakunin types within other racial groups - something to do with how leptomorphic their features are (or something) eg. some 'Jakunin' Amhara females as opposed to the more rounded featured amharas.

Hmm...Jakunin means not just fine featured-leptomorphic! Yakonid is a (at least pred.) Mongolid subtype - closest (without being fully) to Sinid.
Those women are just Europoid Aethiopids with possible more recent Europid (Mediterranid-Orientalid) influence, but that has nothing to do with Japanese Yakonids with the exception of both being rather racially progressive.
So racially progressive, refined and leptomorphic types look alike to some degree - just with the regional adaptions (skin color, hair form, eye shape, partly somewhat different proportions etc.).
