Basques are not "Germanic" they have the highest rb in all of iberia.

I didnt say it. What the text above says is that within the group of the R1b carriers it is possible to distinguish subsets. And this does not have anything to do with the origin of R1b itself, which, according to the present day consensus, relates to Iberia.

Yes, there are at least four known categories of R1b, and I'm sure the classification will become even more specific. I do have one male line that fits most closely the "Germanic R1b"
