This is Dr. Nolan. I think he is extremely Nordic looking. What would you classify him as. You know you go to Dodona too much when the first thing you think about when you get a new professor is their classification!

Difficult without a profile. Some may call him Anglo-Saxon. Perhaps somewhere between Faelid, Coon's Keltic or Hallstatt Nordic and Nordics altered by mixture with southwestern Borreby and Alpine elements. Not too far from Coon's Hallstatt Nordic. I think he resemble some Englishmen, Flemings and South Russians. Is he of English descent? He is like the men of the English (more of the past) officer class. David Niven and Erol Flynn are good examples (both men are significantly Atlanto-Mediterranid). I have also seen Norwegians with the same face. He is also rather similar to the following man. FIG. 2. An Englishman from the neighborhood of London, who belongs to exactly the same central Nordic type. In England this type is largely of Anglo-Saxon and Danish inspiration. med1nuc11.dfc.unifi.it/linnets/troe/texts/index.htmAnother similar man: He is also similar to the British Conservative Prime Minister Sir Anthony Eden Sir Anthony Eden A young Lord Kitchener was of about the same type. Jeremy Irons has similar features but with a more brunet (of Atlanto-Mediterranid origin?) pigmentation. Jeremy Irons

Thanks for replying! Pathetically enough, the first thing I thought of when seeing him was Coon's Englishman plate you had posted hahaha. He is english. He is mesocephalic and has a slightly convex nose and relatively unsloped forehead. Hallstat Nordic was my first subsubracial classification I though of. In real life it is creepy how much he looks like that Englishman on the plate ( his moustache is shaped different in real life.)

Your teacher bears a resemblance to your father imo.

I agree. The main thing I am beginning to notice about older Nordic men is their baggy eyes. Its almost like they dont have cheekbones. My dad has a good deal of Brunn influence though compared to Nolan. If you whitened my dad's skin, dyed his 'stache and stretched his head out length-wise they would look very close.
