She often twists her torso or arches her back to create the illusion of a waist. Anything will look curv if you bend it. I'd wager her body fat percentage isn't as low as one would think. Mucsular/athletic types tend to have the lowest body fat percentage. Gisele has very little fat and even less lean muscle tone. I will admit that her face does look very good sometimes. That's probably 'cause she's grown on me. Kate Moss used to be considered ugly by most people and now many think she's quite beautiful. I guess people have warmed to these ugly and coltish models we've been seeing for the last decade. Someone like Cindy Crawford or Claudia Schiffer could not make the cover of Vogue these days, instread they'd be relegated to the pages of Stuff, Maxim, and FHM (after being ordered to lose 20 lbs., of course).

I never liked the face and facial expression of Claudia Schiffer (which looks unintelligent), Gisele looks much better to me even facially. However, there are indeed more beautiful women on Earth, still under the modern models she is one of the favourites - at least on some pictures she looks near perfect.
Models are more curved this days anyway, usually underwear models have the better body in my opinion. I personally like both very Leptosomic (like Gisele)) and rather Mesomorphic/Athletic build (like my girlfriend f.e.) women and everything in between - as long as the proportions are balanced.

Natural breasts don't have the full circular look at the very top, also I think I remember reading an interview long ago where she admits to having implants, and also older pictures show her smaller on top. Catwoman is right in saying that beauty ideals are distorted. Almost every woman who is very tall (6 ft) and slender naturally has narrow hips and small breasts. When the implants create large breasts, the whole look on such a person seems distorted and unnatural.

Natural breasts don't have the full circular look at the very top, Well, depends, in her case its not that extreme and natural ones can look similar even in otherwise very Leptosomic women. Not necessarily, especially if its about hips. However, I agree especially if its out of proportions. Usually operated breasts if too big look just sick and ugly (if looking at them in detail ) but naturally bigger ones or just moderately changed ones can look quite good even on very slim women. Always depends. In general too big is neither necessary nor advantageous, its the same like it is with too huge muscles - both if too extreme is rather a handicap and just overnatural signal - like birds with feathers so big that they cannot fly anymore...for humans running, generally acting and moving is meant I wrote about the reasons for exaggerated ideals already - women dont have to be that skinny (average) and it wouldnt be good at all. In fact in many modern models the face-hair and leg-lengths are more interesting that the skinny build. In general those factors and female curves-proportions are more important than being very skinny or rather mesomorphic.

Many of these models may not be considered classically beautiful especially before surgery, but as many of these pictures of Gisele show, they are photogenic...and many of the pictures are stunningly beautiful. My vision of Caucasian beauty is represented by these images of three of the prettiest girls in my school in the Seventies. The look is natural, there is no surgery or haircolor and no or minimal make-up. Of course, some of you may find them ugly, but such is the subjective nature of beauty perception.

She is much, much better looking than Giselle.
And how anyone can prefer that walking stick to Claudia Schiffer is beyond me.
