You have a point there, maybe Ethiopians are their own race. But some do show recent admixture. Maybe some do have recent admixture, that could never 100% be excluded as a possibility, but Ethiopians, the Amhara and Tigre, have been reasonably isolated from outsiders due to their religion. Muslims surrounded them most of the time.

You have a point there, maybe Ethiopians are their own race. But some do show recent admixture. Caucasians apparently range from Swedes to Bengalis, but Ethiopians are a distinct race of their own? What kind of haphazard classification is this? How different is the average Ethiopian from the average African American? Definitely alot less than the differnce between a fair and blue eyed Swede and a swarthy coarse and hirsute Spaniard

Actually, I live a little south of Vicksburg but I'm not givig my exact location, and Vickburg is well within the Delta. I'm a country, yes I am and I'm proud of it unlike those undisciplined city slickers. It's the flattest part of the of the giant stream table north of the Delta. It's water shed area, not effluvient like the any river deltas would be. I suppose it's what y'all thnk of it though.

Is this close to what you are saying or am I way off the mark.

Definitely alot less than the differnce between a fair and blue eyed Swede and a swarthy coarse and hirsute Spaniard Nice racist context, but unsupported by genetic data. Hey Wadad, did you know it's difficult for most Europeans to consider Turks European? Where do you hang, dude?

What was racist about my statement? genetic data means diddly to me*, and ironically for the same reason most Europeans dont consider Turks one of their own. *however genetic data is meaningful enough when it comes to discrediting the distinctness of Ethiopians.

How was what he said racist? Dude- You did this real nice piece showing African lineages this morning. Science says Ethiopians are very closely linked with Arabs. Plus, he brings out these verbal Barbie Dolls of some Swedish Barby and the Ken Doll has hair on it's chest. You have sisters? You never noticed? Anyway, he works stereotypes. And I'm not sure you don't either

And I'm not sure you don't either WTH? science doesn't say Ethiopians are very closely linked to Arabs, it just says there was some geneflow between Yemen and *SOME* Ethiopians, and there are Yemenis who have tons of genes that are African in origin but no one says Yemenis are hybrids or closer to Africans, they still say Yemenis are "Caucasians", thats hypocritical.

I look at Yemeni's as Somalis who mixed with Arabs. They pretty much have the same culture us as. lol

*however genetic data is meaningful enough when it comes to discrediting the distinctness of Ethiopians. Google these guys, Wadad. Down load the pdf entitled THE HUMAN Y CHROMOSOME: AN EVOLUTIONARY MARKER COMES OF AGE Mark A. Jobling* and Chris Tyler-Smith‡ What makes anything distinctive is only consensus. Say Wadad? What do you think about keeping women in beekeeper outfits? And sorry, I don't buy the dignity/cultural/it's an islamic thing angle either. Here's a real debate: cliterodectomy-Folkway or Reaally Sick Shit?

Here's a real debate: cliterodectomy-Folkway or Reaally Sick Shit? Blame the Caucasoid(Mediterranean) Egyptians, you do know it's a pharaonic practice. It is even called "fircooni" which is basically the same as the Arabic word for pharaoh. Women don't have to wear "beekeeper outfits" they should could cover their hair and dress properly, it's not our fault that the majority of our women don't dress like this.
