For the non-Americans here, who are the majority I suppose, what does "ethnic-looking" mean? Everybody looks like some ethnic group or a combination of groups. It´s the same with "ethnic" music (which I gather has a different meaning of "ethnic"): all music is ethnic, i-e-, it´s part of the culture of one ethnic group. Well let's say Exotic instead of ethnic-looking. Hey, I was just asking for a definition.

Yes...saying some one looks or is ethnic is very dumb...since we all belong to some ethnicity... Exotic makes sense...but is only subjective..since usually what is exotic to some isn´t to others...

Longoria's got a cute ass,but aside from that I think she's unattractive, and way overrated by the press/media..Teri Hatcher on the other hand is alot better looking and I always liked her since "Tango & Cash".

Crimson Guard this thread isn't asking whether you think she's attractive or not its asking if you think she looks Southern European.

She positively looks to me, I already said she can pass for southern european. This doesn't mean all southern european females look like her, or that she hasn't her own distinctive look derivated from her ethnic background, but she definitely can pass. But I mean, put her in italian crowd, and nobody would say "look, a mestiza!" or even "look, a foreigner!" (I don't know what could happen in other southern european countries i know less, but I'm pretty sure of my own place). Ciao!

I remember when I saw an epsiode of Growing Up Gotti where they were in Italy and Victoria found this family who had Gotti as their last name who she thought was her long lost relatives but they weren't,well anyways one of the women in that family had even darkerskin than Eva Longoria.

On the Latina magazine forum there's a couple of threads started by some Hispanic women who say they are always confused for being Italian.

Yigal could the reason that you were confused for a White guy a couple of times is because you look closer to a Caucasoid than you do to a Mongoloid or a Negroid, you think that could have had something to do with it.
