Ptolemy, do you have any idea where one can find the rankings of all 23 cities? New Science Magazine. Of course a study like this is very subjective, but one does start to see a pattern emerge on which cities are friendliest.

The less dense is the city the more friendly it will get...
any small village anywhere would be friendlier than any city.
Cities are not normal or good enviroments for Humans...

Hm, yesterday I had a spanner/peeping tom who I never met before, but he didn't care to peek into my window for some time watching me reading in front of my computer. Stupid people are independent of borders or cities/villages.
