I believe that humans evolved using all kinds of mind altering substances. I also believe that the human species has been smoking various plants also. That's why so many people do drugs/drink and/or smoke. The habit is too ingrained in our genome.
That said, I don't smoke nor have I ever smoked pot. The smell is absolutely disgusting- seriously, one of the worst smells ever.

Verily, JAH made the Herb for man & man for the Herb. Which costs about $10/g in Britland or if you know a gardener and buy an ounce it comes down to $6. Moroccan hash is even cheaper at about $2.5/g on the ounce. But the days when there were Lebanese, Afghan, Pakistani, Nepalese hashes available are long gone. These areas seem to produce mainly opiates nowadays. ;D ;D

Not for me; but coffee does! ;-)
Weed did, when I used to smoke it in the '70's & '80's, made me hallucinate (in large doses), slowed down time, altered all perceptions, then when it wore off, my brain was fuzzy, I was tired, and of course craving intensely to do it again. ...One of the reasons I quit for good in '85.

If bad boy bubby was performed by dodonites i think you'd be Flo. "You're a sexy woman Flo' ;D" (Bitter Berber Berter would probably be Bubby.)

Maybe McKenna did drugs and started inventing new words or something. I do remember having a very high fever once (which can cause hallucinations). I actually wrote a bunch of poetry- which isn't something I would normally do. If people evolved with drugs, this could be why so many people suffer from mild depression/anxiety. It is as if they need a drug to get back to a normal state.

I never heard of Bad Boy Bubby until your post. Is there weed in this movie???
Plot Summary for Bad Boy Bubby (1993) Bad Boy Bubby is just that: a bad boy. So bad, in fact, that his mother has kept him locked in their house for his entire thirty years, convincing him that the air outside is poisonous. After a visit from his estranged father, circumstances force Bubby into the waiting world, a place which is just as unusual to him as he is to the world.

I would be interested to know exactly how these skunk types have been developed. Any ideas? Was it genetic mutation, cause i think i heard something of the sort.

Taking various sativa & indica strains crossbreeding and selecting for various qualities. I've been shown a few weed seed catalogues, they look much like any other fruit & veg catalogues. I haven't come across any sinsemilla skunk with the potency of the seeded Columbian gold which I tried in Holland nearly 30 years ago. ;D
