Conclusion
The findings of the aforementioned studies are all wrong! We now know that Caucasoid or Eurasian-like characteristics exhibited by Northeast Africans are just part of the inherent diversity of African peoples, and that to suggest a genetic/racial connection with populations outside Africa (especially of the Caucasoid variety) is to be guilty of an evil kind of thinking that was done by some really bad people a long time ago. If we don't want to be like the bad people, we should recognize that Ethiopians are just as truly "African" as every other African, whatever that means.
