Santiago Creel Miranda (mostly Spanish but his great grand father was an American banker of British ancestry).
Jorge Castañeda Gutman(Half Spanish half Ashkenazim).
By the way there are some people of Serbian ancestry living in the Mexican city of Cuernavaca.

is that near the Texas border Nope, it’s in central Mexico. Cuernavaca is a very traditional holiday destination for many people in Mexico City.
