HILARIOUS!! ;D Has anyone ever seen "Team America: World Police", the hilarious, puppeetering spoof movie of 2004? This film has succeeded admirably at offending everyone universally, while lambasting conseratives for being jingoistic, crude and warmongering it simoultaneously pokes fun at "liberals" for being sissies, enemy sympathisers, and desperate for attention. But what I loved most about the movie was the infamous "America, F*#$ yeah!" song. Perfectly capturing the attitude of many americans and social conservatives in one 3 minute fell swoop. Here is a cool video collage I found on the net that had me falling out of my chair: www.drunkreport.com/media/america.htmThe answer, and solution always lies somehere in the middle, why does'nt anyone learn? Both extremes (left and right) cause tension and are not the answer in and of themselves as idealogues rant about. Want an example? Look at sweden's economy, a perfect fusion of leftist practice and rightist economic theory (markets), like the tao sign, harmony.

I think most leftist in this country are in favour of an goverment and economy like Swedens I know far fewer liberals with communists leanings then Conservatites with fascist leanings.

I also think most Americans would be against giving 52% of their salary to the government. Sweden is no utopia. A flat tax rate is the only solution to governmental woes.

Americans pay an average of 48 percent of our income in taxes as far as I remember. A flat tax is horrible idea, why not just go back to slavery and screw the poor completely. Scandinavia is not a utopia no country is but there is damn good reason that the scandinavian countries have higher standards of living better base education and healthier populations.
