Racially disproportionate drug arrests are caused by racially disproportionate drug abuse. Nonsense, whites use drugs more than any race of people and there arrest records for drugs don't even come close to their abuse ratio.

If you use drugs and get arrested, that is counted. Otherwise, if you are saying there a untold white drug abusers not getting arrested, then the same is true for the other races. Blacks are a disproportionate amount of the users and so goes the arrest stats. Otherwise, if white folks aren't being arrested for drug abuse then how is it counted?

I agree with Charlie this time, whites may buy and not sell, but in my experience it is wealthy white kids who get stoned/doped the most.
Here we dont have blacks, but it is wealthy white kids and not poor mestizos who get doped the most, go to dance electronic music and take extasy, smoke pot, do cocaine (which is expensive, so only wealthy people can buy it), and I am not even including all those "good" miccle class housewives who are addicted to tranquilizers and sleeping pills.
Poor people dont do drugs or do the cheapiest drugs like inhalants.

I won't dispute what you have seen with your own eyes, but I will dispute what you are hypothesizing without seeing it first hand or some other confirmation. Racially disproportionate drug arrest occurr because of racially disproportionate drug abuse. You can not assert that every single black drug abuser is arrested and a portion of the white drug users aren't arrested just because the arrests are racially disproportionate. Black and white drug abusers basically have the same type of range of habits. A proportionate amount of all drug users are caught and others get away. The racially disproportionate drug arrests are caused by racially disproportionate drug abuse.
