The guy hauling the TV is supposed to be an Iraqi, but I've seen the very same face in other cartoons by the same artist depicting a Jew.

Ethnic exagerated cartoons are a great example of astute observations on facial differences, and even different racial characteristics. ...And they rankle for decades after they're drawn.
What's bad about racial cartoons isn't that they're inaccurate, but that very often they're entirely accurate. ...Or accurate enough to pass a laugh test.
I'm a little jealous of the Arab's worlds use of cartoons. They very clearly get an emotional point of view accross, even when skewed on the facts.

It's ironic that some of the meanest racist cartoons are drawn by White people who insult other White people. The caricatures of Jewish people are the most obvious examples. The portrayals of Irish people in cartoons in Victorian England provide more examples. The stereotypes of "hillbillies" in American comic strips like Lil' Abner and Snuffy Smith remind me of the anti-Irish cartoons for various reasons.
