For centuries italians have been all the most famed and wanted swordsmen, italians are the most ancient and important fighting manuals (Marozzo’s Opera Nova and Flos Duellatorum of Fiore De Liberi, etc.), italians were the most skilled and powerful fighters (this at least until the XVII century), Italia was the country were dueling was a common habit among its inhabitants (this tradition ended abruptly in the first half of the XX century). . And what about De Arte Gladiatoria dimicandi? (an do you know that i read a movie script on Salvatore Todaro some two years ago?.. tehy're still looking for money, it's gonna be an expensive things, submarines, battles, you know...)

their should more Italians like you in Italy my friend! Sadly Italia, together with the rest of Europe, is fastly going down the drain: immigration/invasion, NATO bases, drugs, destruction of our traditions and wild americanization of costumes... The latest absurdity I have heard is that Turkey is supposed to join the European Community in the future, that's pure nonsense!

Well, I simply read a script about him in a society for movie productions in rome. I even saw storyboards and plans for the set, but the whole project is still far from realization if I remeber well.

Well, I simply read a script about him in a society for movie productions in rome. I even saw storyboards and plans for the set, but the whole project is still far from realization if I remeber well. The weird thing is that my brother actually wrote a subject for a movie based about the life of Salvatore Todaro. Now I am very curious about this thing, so if you have the time please send me a mail, thanks. You can write to --> cuoredivetro@email.it Thanks again. Ciao.
