If build is used as an anthropological feature, you have to measure something specific such as the relative breadth of shoulders. The result you will get can point out tendencies, but as always you will have many individuals with seemingly mixed features.
Sometimes the thin, slender Alpinids or East Baltids were described as "Lapponoid" (Czekanowski?). In my opinion, this could be a useful tool when you search differences between anthropologicaly similar populations. When comparing Czechs and Slovaks for instance, both populations have a markedly Alpinid base with a considerable admixture of other features. But the one most important difference is the more leptomorph build of the Slovaks - many could be described as "slender Alpinids". Or Lapponoid, if preferred.

Antonio Banderas is not pred. Berid. He looks like Lundman's Paleo-Atlantid to me and even has some Nordid traits (Baskid admixture?). If I'm not completely wrong about what you mean by Nordid traits, I think it might be a Northafrican influence. (Banderas is afaik from Andalusia.) Northafrican:
