Seriously, through ancient Egyptian artistic conventions, it might be difficult to tell apart drawings of these two completely different racial types because of their superficial similarity:
Black hair, fine features, light to medium dark skin, and leptomorphic body proportions. Completely different racial types, but similar enough in those ways to frustrate a quick and easy answer to the Egyptian race debate.
When the Egyptian appearance ranges from looking like this:
To looking like this:
You know you've got a problem.

One does not need to limit or delimit themselves to studying and focusing on any one particular place in Africa because in some way shape or form nearly all the kingdoms and civilizations in Africa are linked, either through trade, warfare or historical contact or as allies.
Nobody is limiting anyone to a particular place. I took the time to read up on the named West African civs., Im sure elizabeth is smart enough to do the same, I listed those empires because she should definitely start closer to home, if she wants to embrace African history, the same way I started with Horn of Africa and then looked for their links with the rest of the continent.
Most importantly, someone like Elizabeth should not brainwash herself to convince herself something which totally false (which you did not bother to address or correct, keep in mind for the most part, apologists do more harm than good ) like travelling to the Egyptian countryside and bumping into all these African American look alikes.
You're right, it's your turn, and you've already been warned a couple of times, and little stars (*) are accumulating that will eventually lead you to Banland, unless you fix your signature.

I would say she's partially right isīn saying that some Egyptians look like African-Americans but most do not, I agree here. OTOH, I can't call her a liar because I don't who she saw in Egypt.

Anyone wanna comment on my comparison? I think I make a good point.
If most Egyptians looked like those people you just posted its fair to say that very little to no Egyptians were white people. IMO, ancient Egyptians were a blend on elongated types and people like Qadaffi varying degrees, at least in the Late Dyanstic and Dynastic period with a north south gradient.

Mike I agree with this very wholly. However Saharid/Libyan and Aethiopid/Horner may be just the core group seeing that Arabid, Levantine (Canaanites/Hyksos?) and Nilo-Saharan (Nubian,) elements (ignore my clumsy terms) contributed in varying degrees as well.

Bass, who's calling Egyptians white (a silly social term)? The argument is the Caucasoid component. Caucasoids don't all look like Opie. And the ones pertinent to Egypt are the ones that look like Qaddafi.
