What a weird thread! I wish the destruction of no country ; what I deeply wish is the immediate transformation of petroleum into water, so that clean energies may triumph. I'm pretty sure that these technologies are far much advanced than officially admitted, but that the geopolitical consequences of a "We don't need your oil anymore" to the OPEC countries are deemed too frightening by the Western leaders, thence, that this knowledge is quenched until further notice. Call me paranoid or conspiracies-obsessed if you want.

Kosovo is spelled with one 's', liblabdog. Women and children suffer in any war. I doubt that americans solved anything over there... Look at all the racism and hate crime in America, neo-nazis, KKK and all that...seems like it is creating much sufferering amongst the minority women and children in the states.
As for the way you addressed Murphee, it is very rude and mean-spirited, a gentleman wouldn't speak that way to a lady.
I don't think any country deserves this fate. There are always repercussions....and everyone is affected one way or another.
About many voting for america, it proves that people are unhappy with its policies. But no matter how BAD it is, it could be WORSE! Can't it? There is a saying that goes, "the devil you know". It is an empire like all other empires, it will crumble, but what will be the next empire.... (maybe for another thread)

You sound just like the ignorant upper middles or trailer trash, who go to other nations and disrespect their culture, and walk around like a bunch of idiots while we decent working people support either your trailer culture, or your leeching effete upper middle class sensibilities.
(Ironically I used to live in a trailer park)
America will have a difficult period due to the looming peak oil crisis that will force us back into localized living, and sustainability. Many of us Americans do live luxuriously, and do not realize it. The economic downturn or collapse won't effect the EU as badly as Asia but it will hurt...alot, it will cripple China, India, and other places more. Also, overpopulation will end as people no longer have access to foreign aid, cheap fertilizer, and other things from other nations.
(Maybe not China, because they are working extensively on non-Petroleum energy)
I also don't like diluted Americanism fed to our children and then spread to other nations in turn destroying their cultures like it had what was once ours. The rising Paganism in the US, and the EU fills me with hope. What was considered a resourceful "can-do" attitude, and working ethic has now been replaced by McDonald's, jeans, and bad movies, and music.
