The body mass and ruggedness are Up, Irish Brunn.
The face morphology is mainly Iberian with a possible Amerind influence.
He was half mexican.

Anthony Quinn had zero "Iberian" dna. He was Irish and Mexican-Indian. Not a drop of Spanish blood.
He described himself as having inherited his mother's "Indian features". But he was clearly European when it came to sheer bulk and body height. He was about 6'2''. Furthermore, when seen in color movies, he had more European coloring than Indian. He had pink undertones to his skin--a real contrast from full-blooded Mexican Indians who [like their cousins in the United States] tend to be reddish-brown . . . hence referring to Indians as "the red men".
Quinn was more like the "pink" man.

P.S.--Just to highlight how physically impressive Quinn was, he was middle-aged when he went into a boxing ring with a twenty-something Mohammed Ali. Quinn--though being twice his age--lasted half a dozen rounds before succumbing.
Intellectually, he was just as impressive. He spoke abouit five languages, and--before becoming an actor--won a scholarship for architecture to study with American legend Frank Lloyd Wright.
An incredible man, all the way around.

makes absolute sense, he was a true mestizo in the sense of the word and looked it too.

I just watched Zorba the greek and he is fantastic in it.

I don't remember Zorba the Greek very well. What I do remember was that it was a very negative portrayal of Greek people.
Quinn looks stereotypically mestizo in looks, and in his ability to father children.

Anthony Quinn father was only half Irish and half Mexican, while his mother was Mexican indian. So Anthony Quinn was only 1/4 Irish. So it's likely that Anthony Quinn had Spanish blood on his paternal grandmothers side.

Anthony Quinn was born on April 21, 1916 in Chihuahua, Mexico. Quinn's father, Francisco Quinn, met his mother ,Manuela Oaxaca, as a member of Pancho Villa's army. Quinn said "I am a quarter Irish and a quarter Mexician on my father side and I am half Aztec Indian on my mother side".

Quinn's grandfather ,Frank Quinn, was from Ireland. He laid track from New York to Los Angels for Union Pacific Rail Road. Francisco Quinn and his mother Doña Sabina moved to Chihuahua about four years after Frank died in a train accident. Francisco spoke Spainish with an Irish brogue. People in Chihuahua said Francisco must looked very much like his father since they couldn't see any Indian in him. Francisco got in many fights with other soldier when he was called gringo.

I think I've seen a picture of Quinn's father. He had bright green eyes. And, yes, he looked fully Irish. Was he half-Spanish, though?)
Thanks for the correction.

He even played an ideal German SS man in the movie the 25th hour *lol* The movie is good and he acted well either, but he was the wrong cast ;)
